Insurance Requirements: Required COI Info: Insurance. Licensee shall hold Licensor harmless from and against all liability including attorney's fees and related expenses arising out of the Licensor's participation in this Agreement. Licensee shall maintain in force, at its own expense for the duration of this Agreement, comprehensive general liability insurance with policy limits of at least One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) and worker's compensation insurance in the amount required by applicable state laws. Licensee shall be responsible for providing fire and extended coverage insurance on Licensee's equipment. Licensee shall present Licensor with certificates evidencing such insurance coverage naming Licensor as an additional named insured which shall provide that the insurer shall give Licensor thirty (30) days written notice prior to cancellation of, or any material change in, such policy. Licensee shall require an endorsement from its insurance carrier showing that Licensee has contractually agreed to insure herein.
Required Listed Additional Insured: Lana LLC, 23269 SE 58th ST Issaquah. We MUST have a COI on file from your truck/trailer to be able to vend on site.
Drip Pan: ALL vendors will be required to carry an oil pan to put under your truck’s motor. If your generator is separate, then you need one under that as well. Also, if you do any re-filling of gasoline for the generator, you MUST do it over the oil pan. (Drip pan examples: metal sheet pan, absorbant mat, tarp, etc. CARDBOARD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED). If a vendor does not have drip pans on site, the vendor will be asked to leave the property. If a truck is caught dripping oil onto the lot, a fee of $100 will be assessed, and the vendor will be asked to leave the property. Repeat offenders will be removed from schedules permanently.
Trash: In accordance with the King County Health Department and Public Utilities, all vendors are required to provide their own trash/recycling/compost bins at all times. Vehicles must remove any and all trash/waste prior to leaving their shift.
Bathroom Use: Bathrooms are located in the building on the property.
